Although Irfan View is without a doubt a decent software, I can’t really say that it deserves the first place. From my experience the best tool from the ones listed is Gimp. It is a very powerful software and it can do pretty much everything. Perfect for amateurs.

HONESTLY , i don’t like Gimp T.T because I am truly clueless how to add beautification , it’s just the same with Paint. For me, photoscape is the best!
