Cheap & affordable
unless he/she is a gamer or pro this config will suffice him/her ,as far as i have observed most of the people buy pc for browsing the net or for their highscool going lad which is not used more than using ms paint or listing to songs ,seeing movies ,playing solatiare etc well for them this pc is more than enuf
If anyone if going to watch movies on this rig then it is better to buy a 15 inch CRT monitor rather than a 15 inch LCD monitor.
Very cheap quality of panel is used in 15 inch LCD monitors. The response time of the panels used is in the region of 16ms-32ms.
This means that whenever there is any east moving image or video on screen, there will be a ghosting effect which will make watching action scenes unbearable.
The minimum response time for watching smooth playback is 8ms or less.
So it is better to buy a 17 inch LCD monitor as the panels used on monitors of screen size 17″ inch and above have response time of 8ms or lower.
17inch panels cost around Rs.6-7k.
Or if you want to skimp, buy a CRT monitor. CRT monitors are a lot better if you are going to be watching movies primarily.
