5- Restart computer with a blue screen just after the welcome screen – To resolve these issue do these
After the Bios passout start hitting key F8 it will lead you to some option ,chose option of Do not restart on system failure, after this system will turn on and it will install some devices like mouse keyboard and dvd drive/blue ray drive, do not cancel these process after the windows popout message successfully install new hardware just restart your pc to normal mode and make sure NO USB DATA CARD IS ATTACHED(pen drive usb HDD etc)
4-Desktop icons doesn’t load on startup- To solve this issue get a copy of explorer.exe from one of your’s friend or whatever but make sure the copy of explorer.exe is same as same type/bits/SP
3-Unable to remove a software install by any method – This is not a virus its should be better called root kit and most of the anti viruses out there are unable to remove it ,so you will need a good rootkit remover ,just google for them.
2- POP up / adds / net usage goes slow – some Virus edit the registry ,so get your self a good registry cleaner if these doesn’t work press ctrl + alt + del and look for a task name as rundle 32 if you find a single copy of rundle 32 thats mean there is a spyware (NOTE SOME SOFT IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAYS TO INSTALL A SPYWARE) if this is the case get your self a good spyware remover.
