Ati radeon 4670 vs 9600 gso/gt

A dream card for entry level gamers,this 320 stream processors equipped ,55nm baby runs all games decently @high on the most used 1280*1024/1440*900 resolutions easily,the most attractive part about this card is its power consumption,runs fine with the power supplied by the pcie slot(75 watt) on the mother board.
so no need of any external power connector.which means no need for any expensive branded psu runs fine on any local 400watt smps

Ati has definitely grabbed the entry level section with the 4670.

Dont get confused seeing the 128 bit bus interface and underestimate its power , the rv730 acrchitecture is a brilliant innovation and ati was known to be working on this rv7XX architecture from 2005 and result is known to us.
It beats the 256 bit ati 3850. Due to 55nm die and 128 bit bus width its power consumption has been minimized .

The 4670 gives the geforce 9600gso (its nvidia competitor ) a run when AA turned on.
And u can say this card is somewhere near to the geforce 9600gt, as it is found to beat it in certain games like crysis and call of duty 4 (source guru 3d).
Though the 9600gt is a bit better in performance but still if a person is opting to shell out around 5000 INR he/she defenetly cant afford for 2.5k more for the psu so id rather sugest to go for the 4670 than the 9600gt + branded power supply for 5% or no performance difference.Also Benchmarks from Legit Reviews, Guru 3d , AnandTech show the 4670 having an edge over the 9600gt/gso at 1280*1024/1440*900 resolutions .

It has all the four display ports ,including the latest HDMI port

It has a decent dual slot cooler,idle temperature is between 37-40 deg c
